Ex students work on BBC tonight

Posted by Phil On February - 27 - 2012

Two programmes on BBC tonight with contributions from my ex students. Firstly the David Hockney documentary filmed by Neil Harvey, then followed up by a documentary about the inbreeding of pedigree dogs with Hermina Campbell as assistant producer.
Both really excellent programmes.

Great news: Karens film “Buon Giorno Sayonara” has also been accepted into Reno Film Festival (15th – 19th June) http://www.renofilmfestival.com/index.cfm and The End of the Pier Film Festival (Bognor Regis, 23rd – 25th September) http://www.eotpfilmfestival.co.uk/

Hermina’s film “Not in my shoes” has also got into the Fastnet Festival.

Which means that EVERY film made on last year’s summer course have now got into Festivals. Over 10 festivals!

If you are interested in coming on this years course 18th July to 5th August email me philpeel@gmail.com

Zombie Radio

Posted by Phil On May - 8 - 2011

Here’s Zombie Radio, which we shot last summer. A completely off the wall comedy in which our hero “Frank” shares an erotic realationship with “Luscious” in a mutual fascination to track down a neanderthal man, who has emerged out of the wilds of Dorset.

warning : contains decapitation scene.

Congratulations to Karen again as her film from last years Summer’s Directors course “Buon Giorno Sayonara” has just been selected for the Skepto International Film Festival, Italy.
